Yes. This grant is exclusively for women caregivers with human child(ren) of all ages. 

If your children are adults, we say: “Once a mom, always a mom.”

This grant also welcomes first-time expecting moms, stepmoms, adoptive moms, empty nesters, and foster moms, but not dog moms. Essentially, you need to have cared for or currently care for children to meet this requirement.

All applicants must own at least 51% of a for-profit product or service-based business and are serious about growth. Your co-owner does not need to be another mom.

Non-profit organizations are not eligible to apply at this time.

We're looking for those who already have momemtum and have at leas $1 in revenue in the past 12 months. This grant is not an incubator for business ideas, but you also don't have to have hundreds of thousands in revenue to be eligible.

You must be able to provide verification of your business earning revenue in the past 12 months. 

Grant applications are reviewed quarterly, based on the following schedule:

• Completed applications received in January, February and March will be reviewed in April.
• Completed applications received in April, May and June will be reviewed in July.
• Completed applications received in July, August and September will be reviewed in October.
• Completed applications received in October, November and December will be reviewed in January of the following year.

To be eligible, you must be an Ambassador-level member in good standing.

Criteria used in evaluating applications and awarding grants include:

• Review of identifiable business need
• Detailed use of the proceeds of the grant
• The potential of the grant to satisfy the identified business need
• The potential impact of the grant on overall business growth and success

It should be as long or as short as it needs to be.

There is no hard and fast rule. Some past grant winners have had very short business plans with their applications while other winners have had very long business plans.

Simply provide the best business plan that will demonstrate to the review committee what your business does and how you operate.

The Mompreneur Bloom MicroGrant is 100% yours (although you may have to pay applicable taxes as grants are considered income), however, grant funding can only be used for business expenses (ex. marketing, products, software, professional education, etc.). 

In more detail, the following additional conditions apply:

• The use of funds must be consistent with written statement of grant use.
• Recipients must maintain records showing use of the money.
• The funds may not be used to pay debt or rent/mortgage payments.
• Recipients agree that The Connector Club Foundation has the right to publicize names, business name, amount awarded and photographs of the recipients. 

After submitting proof of purchase, grants will be funded within 30 days. Grant recipients are required to complete grant reimbursement before the end of the quarter in which the grant was awarded.

For example, for grants awarded in the first quarter (Q1), reimbursement receipt submission must be finalized by March 1st.
